Cramlington competition winner's delight at grand gesture
A woman from Cramlington spoke of her joy last night after winning a Journal competition.

Retired Marian Maddison, 63, of Wardle Drive, won £1,000 worth of vouchers to be spent at either Waitrose or John Lewis stores.
Entrants had to collect 12 tokens which appeared in The Journal on a daily basis from the beginning of the month and correctly name Waitrose's new outdoor catering section.
Mrs Maddison was told she had won earlier this month and was presented with her prize yesterday by the managers of the stores' Eldon Square Newcastle shopping centre branches and a representative from The Journal.
She plans to spend the vouchers on a new television from John Lewis, and the remainder in Waitrose.
Mrs Maddison said last night: "I could not believe it, to be honest, because I had never won anything like that.
"I was just in shock for the first few minutes or so but delighted, obviously."
